Southern Spain, with H+I Adventures

We’re all in agreement around here that mountain biking makes you happy, and further to that, travelling to ride your bike brings that extra opportunity to find adventure and create memories that you’ll cherish forever. The other advantage of taking your bike to exciting new destinations, like southern Spain, is the chance to accumulate a whole collection of international ‘bike-happy’ places: locations in which everything just comes together to create the perfect storm where you and your bike feel complete contentment.

Of course, you don’t have to travel any distance, you probably have your own local bike-happy places that you can disappear to at a moment’s notice, but it’s also really nice to find somewhere new and exciting that gives you that same sense of pure pleasure.

At H+I Adventures we’re lucky to have clocked up quite a few bike-happy places over the years, and one that’s very close to my heart is Andalucía in Spain. The trails, weather, food, people, landscapes, wine…! They tick all the boxes for me, making the Southern Spain somewhere that will always be my bike-happy place and somewhere I’ll always want to return to.
