This trip was... Perfect. The wide variety of trails, views, food, guides and fellow riders were incredible. It would be very difficult to plan this trip by yourself. It was seamless. Remo and Christian led us through trail after amazing trail linking together gondolas and trains so no wasted time. Just all fun. The food was superb and the various restaurant locations were idyllic.
The hotels were top notch. It is an incredible experience to wander through an iconic landscape with no stress of what direction to go on the trail, where to eat, how to get to the next trailhead or really ever pulling out your wallet for a week. I would highly recommend.
I will definitely be joining another H+I trip. Thank you Remo and Christian for an amazing tour of your stomping grounds.
This was the second trip I've been on with H+I (the other was the Cairngorms trip), and the 4th paid tour I've done (Kokopelli Trail and Dolomites were the others). This was BY FAR the best biking vacation I've ever had. Everything about the riding was incredible - the trails, the terrain, the scenery... If you want to ride above the treeline for an entire week, this is your trip. In addition, the guides (Kurt and Remo) were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, the lodging was great, the logistics were seamless, and the food was AMAZING. Do not hesitate - life is short. DO IT!
