Yeti Gathering Colorado 2025

Camping will be in and around the event village at Lawson Ball Park where all the action will be happening!

Tent Camping (preferred option) – we have exclusive use of the ball field for the weekend meaning you’ll have plenty of space to pitch your tent in and around the event village. It’s perfect for enjoying the atmosphere all weekend long!

For riders looking for a quiet corner to chill out and unwind, there will be pitches available at the other end of the ball field next to the San Miguel River. Please note that vehicles are not allowed on the grass. Parking will generally be within easy biking/ walking reach of the camp site. We will also be operating a free shuttle from other car parks to a drop-off zone in operation at the ball field. Please add a Tent Camping Pass when you book.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at the event as they are not allowed on the ball park. 

RV parking at Lawson Ball Park is now full. Alternative RV camping can be found at Mary E Campground, Matterhorn Campground and Telluride Town Park.

We will have ride leaders and sweeps, including an EMS support and H+I Adventures guide on each of our rides, who will be equipped with first aid and GPS communicators. However, please remember that rescues in the mountains can be complicated and slow, so we encourage everyone to please ride within their limits.

Also, even though we’re providing support, please plan on being self-sufficient and prepared to navigate and finish the ride as you would if you were out on your own.

We will be in and out of cell service. If you have a personal locator like a Garmin InReach, it would be a great idea to bring it along.

You must have a Yeti bike (manual or E-MTB) to attend Yeti Gathering. Please make sure your bike is dialled and ready. Nobody wants to be that “guy” on the group ride that hits the first descent just to find out your brakes are cooked. We highly recommend you or your local shop service your bike and equipment in preparation for the event. A clean and properly tuned bike will ensure more miles of shred-induced smiles.

On trail, you want to make sure you are prepared with the correct kit and spares. Take a look at our kit list to make sure you are everything you need to ride!

Please bring a bike lock for each of your bikes to store them overnight. Riders are liable for the safety and storage of their own bikes.

The dedicated volunteer search and rescue (SAR) professionals across Colorado are ready to mobilise to help those in the Colorado backcountry. Our Colorado Outdoor Recreation Search and Rescue (CORSAR) contribution supplies reimbursements to SAR teams for costs incurred while conducting search and rescue operations. It provides funding for the purchase of search and rescue-related equipment.

Because of your support and the tremendous generosity of our search and rescue responders, Colorado is a safer place to play.

The Gathering is a family event and children are welcome to join. Any families taking under 8’s should add a ‘Child Pass’ to their booking and add the names of any under 8’s in the party. There is a $50 supplement per family that covers their meals, camping and soft drinks for the weekend.

Please note a gondola pass is not included in the supplement. If you would like to take children 8 and under up the gondola, you will need to pay for them on the day at the resort. Children 8 years and younger are not permitted to ride the official event routes.

Non-riders are welcome to join. Please book them as a standard participant and they will receive the same inclusions (meals, beer, camping pass etc) as a rider.

If you cancel your booking before departure

If you or any other member of your party decides to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us by email to [email protected] as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices and will be effective from the date on which we receive it.

Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the cancellation charges as follows:

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance – $50 admin fee per person

Cancellation 1 – 30 days in advance – 100% of event fee
