Read rider reviews of mountain bike tours around the world
If you sift through this blog, you will read rider reviews of mountain bike tours around the world, and realise that riders love what we do!
Choosing the right mountain biking holiday for you can be a daunting task and it’s difficult to know which company to trust with your precious vacation time. Every company will tell you how great they and their tours are; will have lots of videos and photos to peruse; maybe even a few media articles, but one of the most reliable ways to find out whether a particular company or holiday is what you’re looking for is to hear directly from riders who have experienced it first-hand.
So, here are a few testimonials of our mountain biking holidays around the world from riders who joined us for an adventure-of-a-lifetime in 2013…
Nepal
“This was my first guided mountain bike tour & it fully exceeded my expectations. The diversity in the biking from Kathmandu to Mustang was exciting & challenging, coupled with stunning scenery & unexpected adventure. I throughly enjoyed the Nepali culture, the delicious food & attempting to learn the language. The entire H&I Adventures staff, the comfy accommodations & the company of our new friends on & off trail really made this a trip to remember!” Ali W. USA
Next scheduled trip to Nepal: 17th – 28th March 2014
Coast-to-coast Scotland
“What an awesome week on a bike with a brilliant bunch of people. H&I Adventures run a seamless operation, top quality trip. I feel I have new blood in my veins; full of motivation and passion to explore the world on my bike. Probably why I booked my next trip before I had even left Scotland!” Leonie B. Australia
Next scheduled coast-to-coast adventure: 26th April – 3rd May 2014
Yukon, Canada
“It was more than perfect – I definitely need to come back to the Yukon and ride these spectacular and flowy trails again and again 🙂 Sylvain, Marsha and the team did everything to make sure we had a good time – and we certainly did have that! Amazing rides, fantastic food, great company, comfortable beds, hot shower, Wi-Fi = fantastic week!” Brigitte K. Switzerland
Our July 2014 dates in the Yukon are sold out (Brigitte and the others have booked up again this year!), but we have places available on August 10th – 17th for you to discover why we’re all hooked on the Yukon!
Torridon and Skye, Scotland
“To say the Torridon & Skye trip is epic is an understatement. Your senses are constantly being blown away by the amazing views, awesome trails and dramatic landscapes. H&I Adventures is a class act- our awesome guide Euan was always making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and pushing their abilities to new levels in some of the most technical terrain around. We had a solid crew of guys from around the world and we had full days of insane riding and laid back evenings with great food, lots of laughs and we were stoked to wake up each day for more. I became a better rider, made some new friends and left Scotland stunned at it’s beauty and majesty. Make sure you train for this trip though, it’s not for beginners. You won’t regret taking this amazing MTB trip of a lifetime!” Skye W. USA
Next scheduled dates for our Torridon and Skye adventure: 17th – 24th May 2014
Nepal
“The trip went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped to expect going on a tour like that. It ran very smoothly, the guides were fantastic. The food, locations, environment, people were all amazing… The greatest experience on two wheels I could have ever imagined having.” Sean S. Canada
Tastes and Trails of Scotland
“Thank you! It was an amazing and memorable trip for us! It was made memorable by our guides as much as it was the trails. Catherine was so important to us choosing this trip, she was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs. Thank you to the whole H&I Adventures team!” Neil & Heather M. USA
Next scheduled dates for our Tastes and Trails of Scotland adventure: 26th July – 2nd August 2014
Torridon and Skye
“This great trip had it all. A super cool crew made for what felt like never ending laughter. Great weather. The way the trip was planned let you get a good feel for the “real” Scotland, which by the way is sick. Super nice people and the landscape is unreal. And then there is the riding. The ascents doesn’t even feel that bad here. Perhaps it’s the views that makes you forget about the lactic acid, or just the fact that the descents are so good. The highlands host a great mix of technical and flowy stuff keep you on your toes at all times.” Leo M. Sweden
