Hear the word ‘Africa’ and you’ll more than likely be quick to conjure up images of vast savannas teeming with big game and predators. The continent of Africa has over 50 countries to its name with each as diverse as the next. It has long attracted travellers from every corner of the world searching for a slightly wilder and more exotic experience, and for good reason.
We have two mountain bike destinations in Africa with Namibia in the south and Morocco in the north of the continent. We’ve now added an E-MTB safari of Namibia to our suite of e-mountain bike adventures, with the country well suited to that style of riding, allowing us to connect with and experience all of Namibia’s treasures up close and personal.
Exploring Namibia on your e-mountain bike will both disconnect you from your modern life and connect you with local culture, wildlife, landscapes and communities, and, indeed, with yourself. The only time you might not feel totally relaxed is if you are lucky enough to spot a pride of lions!
